Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing includes verification, packaging, and dispatch of your order.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability.
While we strive to ship all orders promptly, delays may occur due to external factors (customs, carriers, weather conditions, etc.).
In case of delay exceeding 7 days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund once the goods are returned in original condition.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
They are displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
4. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier and the customer.
Please check your parcel upon arrival — any damage must be reported to the carrier within 3 days of receipt, with a copy of the claim sent to us.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen events such as strikes, natural disasters, or transport interruptions.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
