Non-professional buyers have 14 days from delivery of their order to return the product at their own expense for exchange or reimbursement without penalty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and, if approved, process your refund to your original payment method.
