1. Seller Information

2. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through this website (the “Site”).
By placing an order, the customer (“Buyer”) acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation and declares having the legal capacity to enter into a contract with the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The applicable version will be the one in effect on the date the order is placed.

3. Products and Availability

The products and services offered are those presented on this Site, accompanied by detailed descriptions.
All offers are valid while supplies last and as long as they are visible on the Site.
In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the Buyer will be informed by email, and the order will be canceled without any charge.

4. Prices

All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT, according to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Shipping and handling costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but orders will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of purchase.

Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

5. Orders

To place an order, the Buyer must complete the online order process, which includes:

  • Product selection and verification

  • Providing necessary information (billing, shipping, etc.)

  • Payment confirmation

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
The Seller will confirm the order by email, which will serve as proof of the transaction.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
All online payments are processed securely to protect your personal and financial information.
No third party will have access to your payment data.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided during checkout, within the geographic areas indicated on the Site.
Once the order leaves the Seller’s premises, the Buyer assumes responsibility for any risks during transport.

If the Buyer notices damage upon delivery, they must file a claim with the carrier within three (3) days, and send a copy of the claim to the Seller.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on processing, logistics, and transport conditions.
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, weather conditions, or any other external event.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Non-professional Buyers have 14 days from the delivery date to return a product at their own expense for exchange or refund.
Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition (packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.)

  • Include a copy of the purchase invoice

⚠️ This right does not apply to unsealed products that can be reproduced immediately, or to customized or made-to-order products.

9. Warranties

All products are covered by the legal warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
If a product is found to be non-compliant, it may be returned to the Seller for repair, replacement, or refund.

Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by an explanation and proof of purchase.

10. Liability

The Seller is only bound by an obligation of means in the online sales process.
It cannot be held liable for damages resulting from Internet use (loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, etc.) or cases of force majeure.

Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly (especially in color).

11. Personal Data

Customer information is necessary for order processing and business communication.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (January 6, 1978), users have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of this Site (texts, images, logos, design, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Seller.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The language of these Terms and of all contractual documents is English.
